THE LIVING STONES OF THE HOLY LAND TRUST
Living Stones is an ecumenical trust seeking to promote contacts between Christian Communities in Britain and those in the Holy Land and neighbouring countries. Living Stones organises responsible pilgrimages to the Holy Land and neighbouring countries not merely to visit the churches and ruins, but to meet the ‘Living Stones’, the members of the Churches. We owe it to the Christians in the Holy Land to meet the living communities rather than visit their shrines. Living Stones encourages parishes to link with their Middle Eastern counterparts, promotes the interests of Middle Eastern Christians, arranges Church services in the UK with visiting Christians from the Middle East and publishes a twice-yearly magazine.
