MELISENDE
Melisende, an imprint of Fox Communications and Publications, seeks to publish original studies, both contemporary and historical, on religion and politics, society and culture in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. The series includes work on religious studies, religion and politics, history, the relationship between religion and society, culture, anthropology, the philosophy of religion, comparative religion and spirituality, theology, Muslim-Christian relations, and ecumenism. A particular concern of the series is Christianity and the Christian communities in these regions. Melisende edits, designs, produces, markets and distributes publications of all sizes within the area of speciality described above. They also offer a selfpublishing service which specialises in producing short run publications.
